Surrender Mama:  Supporting labour + birthing mamas physically, emotionally and energetically with a supportive blend of organic and Aussie-made oils. This beautiful aroma can be worn during pregnancy (**from 37 weeks) as a perfume (perfect for anchoring a positive body/mind practice). It can be used during belly massage, add a few drops added to your relaxation bath and also to help with the sensations of labour by easing the body/mind discomfort. It is also a powerhouse blend for afterbirth pains and period cramps.

Creator of Seasons of mama-Jen, is a Mama, Midwife, Maker, Reiki Master and Emotional Manifestor. After her own experiences, she vowed to become a Childbirth Educator so that she could pass on and continue the ripple effect of a positive birth ---like casting a stone into a pond, touching as many others as possible.  Wanting women to know their birth matters. How you feel and think about your birth matters! It may only be one day in your life but it is a day that will stay with you forever and always. Birth is a sacred rite of passage and an opportunity to climb your own personal Mount Everest (as described by Midwifery Professor Hannah Dahlen).

With a calling to do this work, she established Seasons of Mama at the beginning of 2019 with a vision to support Mama’s during all of their Mama seasons from pregnancy through to postpartum.
