PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order delivery times are highlighted in bold and are located underneath the specific pre-order product pictures/before the product information on our website. Please be aware that the delivery times are estimates and if there is likely to be a delay- you will receive an email to let you know asap. The delivery date may change due to factors out-of-our control such as; production issues or shipping/customs delays.

Once a pre-order is placed with River Finley & friends, it cannot be cancelled. Only store credit/exchanges are available for pre-order items if you change your mind.

Pre-orders placed with us are non-refundable, (unless you receive an item that is faulty or damaged). Only store credit/exchanges will be available

Once a pre-order is placed, any future store-discounts cannot be added to/or refunded from your order.

If your order contains pre-order AND in-stock items - Your order will be sent in full when the pre-order items arrive with us. Or just drop us a message on Instagram or an email if you would like in-stock items sooner. We will then send over an invoice to cover the extra shipping costs.
