RETURNS

 RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that upon receiving your products from us, you will be entirely satisfied and love each and every item!

However,  you are more than welcome to return an item to us, so long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via e-mail. Just send a message to lauren@riverfinleyandfriends.co.uk letting us know you wish to send back an item and we will issue you with a returns code.
Once we have issued a returns code, you must ensure the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days from the date you received said code.
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. You have a duty of care and if we receive an item that is damaged or worn in any way, then we cannot process a full refund.

Please leave a note with your name and order number inside the returns parcel.

River Finley & Friends do not take any responsibility for any returns postage and any loss or damage to the products. We advise you to return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we aim to process the refund within 48 hours and refunds to be with you within 10 business days.

Refunds will not include the original postage and packing costs. We will send you an email once your refund has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES

We will happily replace items if they are faulty, damaged,  or exchange an item if a different size is needed. However, if the size requested is not available, then we can issue a refund or feel free to exchange for a different item of the same price.
