We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend-we aim to despatch the next working day.

 We use a next-working-day DPD TRACKED SHIPPING service as standard for UK orders. You will be notified via SMS or email once your order has been sent.

So please ensure that you enter the correct contact details at the check-out.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel islands will ONLY be sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. With an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days.

For European orders we use a DPD TRACKED SHIPPING (for orders over £150), and Royal Mail tracked/signed for service, for everything else.
